
Refund & Cancellation Policy
At Heartlisted, every photobook is made individually based on the artwork you upload. Because of this, we follow these policies:
1. Order Cancellations
Once payment is completed, your order is sent into processing and cannot be cancelled or edited.
2. Refunds
Refunds are offered only under the following conditions:
• Printing or binding defects
• Damage during shipping
• Incorrect product delivered
Refund requests must be made within 7 days of delivery and must include photos of the issue.
If your request is approved, we will offer:
• A free reprint, or
• A full refund (in rare cases)
3. No Refunds for
• Incorrect images uploaded by the user
• Low-resolution uploads causing minor print quality issues
• Change of mind after printing starts
