3. Artwork & Photo Privacy

Your uploaded artwork is:

• Stored securely

• Used only for creating your book

• Not shared publicly

• Deleted automatically if your project is inactive for extended periods (we will notify you beforehand)

We will never use your child’s artwork in marketing unless you explicitly grant permission.

4. Payment Security

Payments are processed through Razorpay, a PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway.

Heartlisted does not store card numbers, CVV, or UPI PINs.
